Crime Stoppers: The Murder of Guillermo Alonso

Investigators with the Corpus Christi Police Department need your help solving a murder case that they do not want to go cold.

On Wednesday, May 2, 2012, Guillermo Alonso was found murdered on a farm road near FM 2922, about a mile north of FM 665.

Alonso was born in 1968 in Monterey, Mexico, and was a resident of Alamo, Texas. His employment was to restore vehicles for resale. He had a business partner that lived in the Northside Manor Apartments in Corpus Christi.

Alonso told his family he intended to return to Alamo the day before his murder, but he never made it.

Alonso's gray and blue 2000 Chevrolet truck was not located and is now considered stolen. The license plate for the truck is 75P RX4.
