Police Seek Suspect in Early Morning Convenience Store Robbery

Police are looking for the suspect in a convenience store armed robbery that happened around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Tiger Lane and Kostoryz.

The store clerk told police that a man walked into the store, pulled out a handgun and demanded cash. The suspect was able to take a undisclosed amount of cash along with several packs of cigarettes.

The suspect is described as a white male, between 30-40 years of age, standing five-foot five to five-foot eight and weighing 150-170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, jeans and work boots, and fled the scene in a grey or silver Chevrolet pickup.
