Beeville Police Make an Arrest While Responding to Family Violence
BEEVILLE (Kiii News) -
Beeville Police arrested man Saturday in an apparent case of family violence, in which he displayed a shotgun during an assault.
It was around 9 p.m. when officers responded to a verbal disturbance on the 700 block of N. Avenue C in Beeville. The shotgun that was allegedly displayed during the assault was found at the residence, and 39-year old Frank Guerra was arrested.
Guerra was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, assault of a family or household member by impeding breath or circulation, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, and tampering or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, also a third-degree felony.
