Sheriff's Department Releases Details Surrounding Judge's Death

The Nueces County Sheriff's Department held a press conference at 2 p.m. Tuesday to release more information surrounding the death of District Judge Tom Greenwell.
Greenwell's body was found at around 6 p.m. Monday in a restroom near the Judge's Chambers at the Nueces County Courthouse. He had a single gunshot wound to the head.
On Tuesday, the Sheriff's Department said that Greenwell's court had been on vacation since July 1, and that he had gone to his office at sometime Monday. After his body was found, investigators also discovered a handwritten last will and testament at the scene.
