Conference Held Downtown to Help Students with Disabilities

Helping young students with disabilities excel in the classroom was the purpose of a gathering Thursday at the Education Service Center on North Water Street downtown.
The conference, put on by the College of Education at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and the Education Service Center Region 2, brought in experts from all over the state to talk about the newest techniques and early childhood development lessons that can make the learning process a whole lot easier for those with disabilities.
The conference has become an annual event in Corpus Christi.
