Sue Farenthold Indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance

The sister of Congressman Blake Farenthold was arrested Friday for failure to comply with her bond conditions after testing positive for methamphetamine.
Sue Farenthold has now been indicted for possession of a controlled substance, a state jail felony. In the past, she has admitted to having a drug problem. She has faced criminal charges before on drug possession, and even tried a stint in rehab.
