Shooting investigation in Port Arthur

The Port Arthur Police Department is investigating a shooting early Saturday morning on the 600 block of 7th Street. Officers responded around 2:07a.m. to the shooting involving one victim who suffered a single gunshot wound. The 43-year-old man was transported to Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth with a non-life threatening injury. No arrests have been reported.
