They are hoping to set an example for the younger generation. Saturday dozens of volunteers with the group known as the Young Business Professionals rolled up their sleeves and got dirty.
They spent the day at the water garden on North Chaparral by the Art Museum to spruce up the attraction. Volunteers spent time adding a fresh coat of paint and even planting flowers.
Hi Fairnessee which is a young ladies club made up of area high school students also helped out. The effort is part of something called, Idea's Week in Corpus Christi.
