The Robstown Cotton Picker marching band is our final Blitz Band of the Week, thanks to Picker fans stepping up and voted to them online.

Kiii Sports Reporter Chris Thomasson was in Robstown for their pep rally to award them with their Blitz Band of the Week banner.

    Keldon was diagnosed with leukemia in 2012. He has been in remission for a year and finishing up treatments. NAS Kingsville along with Driscoll Children's Hospital invited him out to be a pilot for a day.More >>

    Firefighters were called out Tuesday afternoon to the the Holiday Inn Downtown Marina, in the 700 block of Shoreline Boulevard.The entire hotel was evacuated and Corpus Christi police were dispatched to assist firefighters with traffic control. As of around 4 p.m., the fire was out and guests were allowed to return to their hotel rooms.Guests staying on the third and fourth floors of the hotel, which received the most smoke from the blaze, will be given new rooms according to hotel officials....More >>
