CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -

Police have released the names of the four men who were arrested and charged with deadly conduct in a shooting that took place on Christmas Eve in the 1900 block of Mussett Street.

Blood was found at the scene, but no victim has turned up.

Police responded to reports of shots fired from a white Jeep at around 12:45 p.m. Tuesday. Officers spotted the Jeep on 19th Street near Mussett and followed it to the 200 block of Luna, where the vehicle stopped.

One passenger ran from the vehicle while three others -- 20-year old Cassius Clay, 31-year old Robert Solomon and 25-year old Jonathan Goodwin -- were detained. Officers did find weapons inside of the vehicle.

The passenger that fled on foot, 26-year old Martell Head, had gone inside of a nearby apartment trying to hide, but the resident who lived their alerted police to his presence. He was detained soon after.

Head was charged with deadly conduct, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and evading arrest. Solomon and Goodwin were charged with deadly conduct and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon; and Clay was charged with deadly conduct and evading arrest in a vehicle.

Officers impounded the Jeep and transported the four men to the City Detention Center. Three men have been released on bond, the only one remaining in jail being Martell Head.

There was property damage at the scene, but aside the blood that was found, no injuries were reported.
