Third Annual Diaper Drive Benefiting USO Families

Posted: Updated:
CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -

Kiii-TV and the Corpus Christi Black Chamber of Commerce are teaming up for the third annual Diaper Drive, benefiting local USO families, from 5 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 30.

Many families struggle during stressful economic times, especially those who stay at home while their loved ones are away on active military duty. As part of their annual Community Service Project, members of the Corpus Christi Black Chamber of Commerce will be at the Kiii-TV studios asking the community to help reduce the some of the burdens for these families.

We invite you to stop by and drop off packaged, disposable diapers and/or a monetary donation for this special effort. USO representatives will be on site to collect all donations.

Anyone interested in volunteering and/or making contributions, please call 361-877-3634.
