Posted: Updated:
CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -

A hit and run case from more than a year ago has gone cold, and the Corpus Christi Police Department needs the public's help to heat it back up.

It was Jan. 1, 2013, when New Year's Eve celebrations were interrupted at 1:18 a.m. with a crash at the 1500 block of Baldwin Boulevard. A 23-year woman was crossing Baldwin at the intersection of Fig Street, when a blue Cadillac traveling west on Baldwin struck her.

The Cadillac left the scene toward the Crosstown Expressway without stopping to help the woman. The woman was left with serious injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Corpus Christi Police Department crash investigators have located the Cadillac, but need more information to identify the driver. If you have any more information about this crash, please call Crime Stoppers at 361-888-8477, or visit www.888tips.com. If the information you provide leads to an arrest, it could earn you $1,000 in cash.
