CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -

The FBI and U.S. Marshals arrested Wednesday a man wanted in connection with the murder of a high school librarian in Bishop.

Tommy Caughman was arrested around 3 p.m. in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He was arrested for the unauthorized used of a vehicle and theft, but just after his arrest, Nueces County District Attorney Mark Skurka signed off on a murder warrant for Caughman.

Caughman was wanted for the murder of his sister-in-law, Elizabeth Caughman. Her body was found inside her home in Bishop back in January.

Caughman's bond has been set at over $1 million. He is now in the process of being extradited.
