It was 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, when 24-year old Kimberly Encinia was walking on the side of the road in the 7300 block of McArdle and was struck by a vehicle.

Police now know that the vehicle was a 2002-2004 model Nissan Xterra. If you have any information that can help police find the person responsible, please call Crime Stoppers at 361-888-8477, or visit www.888tips.com. If the information leads to an arrest, it could earn you up to $1,000 in cash.
