Wings Over South Texas Returning to NAS-Kingsville

Posted: Updated:
KINGSVILLE (Kiii News) -

The Blue Angels are considered the most electrifying and precise flyers around, and on March 29-30, they will be flying in the skies over Kingsville.

It's all part of the Wings Over South Texas 2014 air show at Naval Air Station-Kingsville. It was canceled last year due to budget cuts in Washington, but now it's back and better than ever.

The weekend event kicks off March 28 with a pep rally at TAMUK's Javelina Stadium, and later that evening, there will be a meet-and-greet with the pilots. Then, the air show itself will run Saturday and Sunday, and it's free and open to the public.

Kiii-TV is a proud sponsor of the event. For more information, click here.
