CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -

A Nueces County judge has instructed both sides in the case of former wedding planner Justin Lee Olle to work overtime in order to hear from the 75 witnesses who are testifying against the defendant.

Olle, 25, is accused of taking thousands of dollars from at least 30 brides-to-be and not providing the services that he promised them. He is charged with misappropriation of fiduciary funds and fraud.

In order to hear from all of the prosecutions witnesses, the judge ordered both sides to plan to work from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. each day.

On Friday, the prosecution called to the stand a witness who said that she tried to fire Olle after hearing news reports of allegations against the wedding planner. However, the witness said that Olle assured her he could still make good on his services.
