CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -

While investigating three men selling audio systems out of the back of their truck in a parking lot on the 10000 block of SPID Thursday, Corpus Christi police discovered that one of the men had a warrant out for his arrest.

Tyler Johns, 28, had an active warrant out of Austin for a parole violation. Officers discovered the warrant after noticing Johns and two others were selling audio systems at over $2,000 less than suggested retail price.

The men were not from Corpus Christi and did not have a city solicitation permit. The other two men were released, and Johns was taken to the City Detention Center.
