Jacksonville, FL, United States – April 16, 2014 /MarketersMedia/ —

At the bottom of the real estate market, Wally Sears started to turn his passion for photography into a business. A mere six years later, he is the go-to, must-have real estate photographer in Jacksonville, FL having photographed over 3,600 homes. He photographs for real estate agents, interior designers, architects and builders.

“When I first started, I just wanted people to see the beautiful homes we have here in Jacksonville. No-one was buying; no-one saw the opportunity. It was 2008. I have always wanted to show a home in its best light. After all, no matter what I feel about it, it’s been and is going to be someone’s home.”

He shoots all over Jacksonville, FL – from Amelia Island to St. Augustine and all points in between. He has been flown into the Bahamas to shoot a sequence of high-end homes there. Similarly, an assignment of mountain homes in Colorado.
Wally Sears’ photographs are recognizable thanks to

- Clean, bright light
- Artistic composition, such that the shot is interesting regardless of the original purpose
- Spacious rooms that amply demonstrate any and all assets

His work regularly appears in local magazines; he is the principal photographer for the home profiles in Jacksonville Magazine. He is so busy nowadays that he is adding 2 new shooters to the team. Both will train extensively with Mr. Sears before being set loose on the Jacksonville marketplace; both consider photography as their own Chapter 2 career.
