ROBSTOWN (Kiii News) -

A sport utility vehicle with seven people inside lost control on Highway 77, just outside of Robstown, and flipped several times just after 10 a.m. Friday.

Two children and a pregnant woman were thrown from the vehicle during the rollover. The children were taken to Driscoll Children's Hospital and the woman was sent to Christus Spohn Memorial Hospital via HALO Flight.

Four other adults were taken to the hospital by ambulance.

Witnesses said one of the back tires of the SUV broke off, causing the driver to lose control.

3News confirmed that the woman and the two children were not wearing their seat belts, but luckily, the woman only suffered a broken leg and her unborn child is going to be okay. The two children and four other adults are also expected to make a full recovery.
