Police Seek Female Bank Robbery Suspect Identified by Public

Thanks to help from the public, police have identified the woman suspected in the April 12 robbery at the Value Bank in the 3700 block of Staples Street as 26-year old Seanette Alice Villarreal.

Villarreal was allegedly seen in surveillance footage passing a threatening note to a bank teller demanding money. She got away with an undetermined amount of cash.

A warrant for Villarreal's arrest has now been issued. She is described as a white female who stands about five-foot five and weighs around 120 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. She is accused of robbery, a second-degree felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine.
