Buc Days Pro Rodeo Kicks Off Thursday At American Bank Center

CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) - If you are looking for bull riding, team roping and mutton bustin, it can all be found at the Buc Days Pro Rodeo at the American Bank Center Thursday-Sunday.

The Buc Days Miller Lite PRCA Pro Rodeo will kick off at 7:30 p.m. Thursday inside the American Bank Center Arena.

More than 500 cowboys will compete in several events over the next four days.

Sarah Acosta was live for 3News First Edition this morning getting a behind the scenes preview of the rodeo where the animals are kept in Edroy, TX.

Barrel man, Justin Rumford says Corpus Christi is one of his favorite rodeos because of it's unique setting by the bay. He says he has new rodeo clown acts that family can enjoy.
