Moody High School on Precautionary Lockdown Due to Bomb Threat

Moody High School was placed on a precautionary lockdown early Monday morning due to a written bomb threat that was discovered in a campus restroom on Friday. The lockdown was lifted around noon.

Police searched the campus for any danger Monday morning, and gave the "all clear" at around 8:45 a.m., and the school did not have to be evacuated. However, as a precaution, there was an increased police presence on the campus throughout the day, and the school remained on lockdown until close to noon.
