San Diego Police Arrest Shooting Suspect After Two-Hour Standoff

SAN DIEGO (Kiii News) - A San Diego man accused of shooting a person in the hand and barricading himself inside of a home for two hours Sunday night is now behind bars.

The shooting happened at around 9:30 p.m. Sunday. According to investigators, Luis Armando Gonzalez shot Ricky Tanguma in the hand and then hid inside of the house. Tanguma is currently listed in stable condition.

After a two-hour standoff, Gonzalez was talked into coming out of the house. Charges are still pending, and the motive for the shooting is unknown.
