Qualifications Two (2) years prior MDS experience in long term care and two (2) years of college, technical or vocational school education required.  Candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate completion of the MDS process from admission to discharge; may coordinate information systems operations and education for the clinical department.  Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure within the State required.  Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) may be considered with exceptional qualifications; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must possess current American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordinators (AANAC) (RAC-CT) certification or be able to obtain within ninety (90) days of hire.
