CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) - A local woman is getting some international attention after jumping on a stage with Sir Mix-a-Lot as he performed "Baby Got Back," backed by the Seattle Symphony, on Friday.

The video quickly went viral, and the woman who stood out most is Corpus Christi native Shawn Bounds, a graduate of King High School.

The rapper had teamed up with the Seattle Symphony for a classical version of his hit song, asking "all the ladies" to get on stage for the performance.

"He invited some ladies on stage, and I thought 'this is it' and 'I'm going to bring my A game, this is my favorite song,'" Bounds said. "I have been jammin' it since I was high school."

Bounds said she had no idea that she would become an Internet sensation, but it was an experience she will never forget.
