SSgt. Justin Weathers and his buddies handed out over 30 boxes of school supplies to Iraqi students at a Baghdad school recently. Their mission was accomplished between running combat patrols in the Baghdad neighborhood where they work out of Combat Outpost Attack. Justin's sister, Haley Burrow, lives in Colorado and enlisted all her friends to collect and ship the supplies to Justin. Justin is the son of Lucy Heide of Corpus Christi. Justin and the rest of his outfit is due to return to Ft. Riley, Kansas, on April 18th. Justin does not know that his Mom will be there to greet him, along with his wife and sisters. Justin is a Purple Heart recipient and a member of the Sgt. Audie Murphy Club in the U.S. Army.
