Dont know what happenend. I observed one person in handcuffs. This was on Staples_Saratoga on May 12, 2008 about 3pm. This is Corpus Christi police at work. If you know anything more about this please add a comment and let us know.

You have to remember that our police work one to a car, and the other person's partner is sometimes blocks/miles away in a sector. That is why you see 2-3 police at something. Plus they have procedures where they have to notify a SGT or LT....
