I observed this broken down car on Holly Road, between Carroll Lane and Kostoryz. This was on May 13, 2008 about 6pm. After someone called 911 to report this problem, It took the police about 15 minutes to arrive. The owner of the car was no where to found. If this is your car you will be picking it up from the police impound.
