This is the Lichtenstein's store located in downtown Corpus Christi as it stands today. Many people forgot or never knew it was their, but of those who do remember a story like an employee that would stand next to the escalator and ask if you need help going up or down are told.
A once proud store for many now stays silent lost in the memories of those it once served.

what a shame the author of this story does not know the correct usage of "their". downtown is in shambles. hopefully more businesses will follow the lead of The Omni and invest in our bayfront. There is no pride here.
Inappropriate? Alert Us!I grew up here as a child and I remember the Lichtenstein Building. It was an upscale store. Too, bad we don't have more like them. You got very one on one customer service back then. You know sometimes old school ways arent so bad.
