Hurricane Ike had a Herrific impact on the citizens of Galveston and Houston, Texas. As for The Sparkling City of Corpus Christi, Texas, which was not affected by Hurricane Ike, you can see on these photos rising water near the marina by Joe's Crab Shack Restaurant. Uhh! we were saved. If Hurricane Ike would have hit us direct. It could have devastated the coastal bend, but thanks to Kiii-TV 3 news for there remarkable efforts, to keep us informed many Corpus Christi residents left just in time. We are all hoping for the best for all the citizens who were affected by Hurricane Ike. Thanks for listening.

I am glad to hear that no one in south texas area was affected by Hurricane Ike. I like to visit the beach at Corpus Christi, Texas. It would have been horrible if anything would have happened to the people, and college students who live atbeach.

When Hurricane Ike hit Galveston, and Houston, Tx it had a dramatic impact on many citizens. I know many will remember the tragedy of Hurricane Ike, but hopefully they know many people in the US are wishing them well for a speedy recover. Nice story!
