CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) – Chef Laurent Garnier with Bonna-Petit, joins John Thomas in the Atrium on Tuesday's 3 News First Edition to talk about some simple recipes to help manage our weight.

Chef Garnier brought with him some of the prepared food he packages for sale. He explains that diabetics cannot have a lot of salt an should avoid processed food, they have a high sodium content and are generally bad for you.

Chef Garnier recommends going to your butcher to have him recommend a good cut of meat and to shop for fresh foods from the market.
