CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Dozens of people in a Southside neighborhood were greeted with a sweet surprise Sunday afternoon all thanks to Daphne Foster.
Because of the hot temperatures, the 5-year-old decided to serve up some ice cold lemonade and tea to those who passed by her home on the corner of Dody and Lamont Streets.
When asked why Daphne said she wanted to bless everyone.
Daphne's father, Nathan Foster said, "She told me this morning she wanted to do a free lemonade stand for the neighbors so she can get to know everybody."
Over 75 people stopped by and were able to enjoy the refreshing treat.
From the feedback the family got on Sunday they say they will likely do this again.
