According to the Bee County Sheriff's Office the kangaroos somehow got loose from their owner's property at around 4 pm Saturday afternoon. This all happened near Cook Road and 181. They were worried that the kangaroos would get hit by a car or attacked by dogs. After more than two hours, the four adult kangaroos along with the baby kangaroo also known as a joey were captured and returned safely back to their owners. The kangaroos did not cause any damage and get this, the biggest of the kangaroos was said to be over six feet tall.
