GREGORY, Texas — Gregory Mayor Celestino A. Zambrano and Alderwoman Kristina Zambrano submitted letters of resignation.
The resignation is effective Friday, October 2.
"The City of Gregory wants to thank Mayor Zambrano and Alderwoman Zambrano for their dedicated service to the City and the community of Gregory," stated the city in a news release.
The city says they are working to follow the correct protocols to fill the vacancies.
