CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — On Saturday, the YWCA opened their doors to the public for a free workshop on end of life planning.
The event was called “Peace of Mind: A Gift to Your Family” presented by the American Association of University Women.
The workshop provided experts who could help with steps to take long before a loved one dies.
“People don’t want to think about wills and health decisions and distributing property,” said AAUW member Janis Wood, “but they don’t realize how difficult it is to make decisions when a person is grieving. We hope this workshop will help people make plans that will make their grieving easier.”
