VICTORIA, Texas — Members of the Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force arrested a man they claim is a confirmed member of the notorious Tango Blast gang.
According to the Victoria Police Department, 41-year-old Michael Garza had an outstanding felony warrant. On Friday, July 12 agents with the U.S. Marshal's led task force to the arrest of Garza.
Along with the probation violation, Garza is also charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.
