CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Firefighters with Nueces County ESD #2 responded to a 2 story house on fire in Flour Bluff early Saturday morning. The fire was reported on the 700 block of Webb Street just after 4 a.m. The fire department posted video of the fire fight to their Facebook page this morning.
It shows the tall flames and the amount of smoke the fire crews were up against. 3 News spoke with a man who said he was one of the occupants inside when the fire broke out. He told us he was sleeping downstairs when a dog barking alerted him to the fire. He said he ran upstairs to get everyone else out.
There is no word at this time what caused the fire.
