Police arrested one man and seized handguns, cocaine, heroin and assorted pills after raiding a house in the 3800 block of Magnolia Street at 10:15 p.m. Wednesday.

Detectives with the Corpus Christi Police Department's narcotics and vice unit were executing a search warrant at the home. When they arrived, they found three 9 mm handguns and a .38 revolver, 1,727 grams of powder cocaine, 231 grams of black tar heroin, 29 grams of brown heroin and 7.51 grams of assorted pills.

Adrian Rodriguez, 36, was arrested and now faces charges of manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and unlawful carrying of a firearm by a felon.

Investigators also seized a travel trailer, a Mercedes Benz two-door car and a Cadillac Escalade.
