A little league filed in Annaville has been named after a hometown Marine murdered in New Orleans several years ago. Saturday, a dedication ceremony was held at the Oil Belt Little League Field. Dozens of people were on hand as they re-named the field after Sergeant Ryan Lekosky. It was back in October of 2010 when the 23 year old Marine was stabbed to death in New Orleans. His attacker is serving a life sentence in prison. Saturday was also opening ceremonies for the Oil Belt Little League Softball program.
