A release by the Texas Education Agency shows that the Texas high school on-time graduation rate has set another all-time high, reaching 88 percent for the class of 2013. The graduation rate is .3 percent higher than the previous record set by the Class of 2012 and marks the sixth consecutive year the rate has increased.
