According to the Caller Times, three women including a sitting judge said Williams groped their breasts and buttocks at a party back in August. Following those claims, one woman has pursued a human resources complaint with Nueces county. Williams has not been charged with those claims. He was suspended without pay by the State Commission of Judicial Conduct for the two felony assault charges involving alleged road rage incidents. Williams does not plan to run for reelection for the 148th district court. He says he is innocent of all charges.
