Students at Texas A&M University-Kingsville will have the chance to get on the bone marrow donor registry Monday-Wednesday right there on their campus.

A company called GenCure will be hosting an online marrow registry, which will be the first in the nation to include an all-digital registry.

It will be the third time the university will host the event, and more than 1,400 people have signed up.

Every three minutes someone is diagnosed with blood cancer, and only 1-in-430 people turn out to be a donor match.
