Corpus Christi (KIII News) — Even though the holidays are going on and it's a time to be with family, some people are still without a home from Hurricane Harvey.

The Catholic Charities of Corpus Christi are reminding residents that there is still help available for them if they're still trying to get back on their feet from Harvey.

The Catholic Charities disaster case management based program provides recovery for victims who live in Nueces, Aransas, or San Patricio County.

Residents have to fill out certain paperwork, but members of the organization said that's why they're there to help.

"We are running into the direst situations. My whole team has been extremely excited. The difference we are making, the help we are trying any kinds of recovery needs met," program supervisor Sasha Christensen said.

According to Christensen, if you or anyone you know needs help, you can call Catholic Charities at 361-881-4043, or you can walk in for help.
