CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Charity League held their 84th annual Style Show Thursday to raise money for the USO of South Texas.
"All of the programs we offer our military members, we have to find a way to fund, so when organizations like the Charity League help us, it really helps the military member, and it helps us give them a home away from home," Sarah Banta said.
Thanks to Thursday's event the Charity League was able to raise over $274,000. The money raised will go to the USO of South Texas and will help them remodel their upstairs building.
