City crews had their hands full Wednesday repairing a water main break on Alameda Street between Everhart and Airline roads.
They are not sure what caused the break and will only find out once they dig deep enough. Because of this, the road had to be closed for part of the day.
Thankfully, the water main break did not cause too much inconvenience for neighbors.
"We didn't get no pressure complaints or anything. The only phone calls and emails we got were water rolling in the streets. So we had first responders come out here to access the situation, and they decided they need to close off the road," Distribution Superintendent Michael Olivarez said.
The Alameda Street break was not the only one reported Wednesday. There was also a water main break at Willow Street and Harris Drive.
