CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Corpus Christi Roadrunners celebrated Independence Day in style Thursday with a red, white, and blue four-mile run.
The annual four-mile run has become a tradition for the Roadrunners.
Every year hundreds of participants show up in patriotic colors and have a chance at winning an award for the most patriotic runner.
Proceeds from the four-mile run benefit the Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi Cross County and Track team.
