REALITOS, Texas — The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating a fatal crash that happened Sunday on State Highway 359 six miles east of Realitos in Duval County.
According to DPS troopers, 53-year-old Edward Alaniz was driving west when he suddenly lost control of his vehicle. Alaniz overcorrected while driving and went across the road and rolled multiple times through a fence and onto ranch property
Alaniz was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
Currently, DPS Troopers are investigating the fatal accident.
