KINGSVILLE, Texas — Multiple law enforcement agencies helped execute a search warrant Thursday afternoon at a residence in Kingsville, Texas.
Their search reportedly turned up evidence of money laundering and illegal gambling. According to authorities, the raid was one of several carried out Thursday across Kleberg and Nueces counties.
Officials with the Kleberg County Sheriff's Office said the search warrant was part of an ongoing investigation involving money laundering and 8-liners. They along with U.S. Border Patrol agents and the South Texas Narcotics Task Force helped search the residence.
Multiple items were removed from the home during their search, including a large amount of money.
