ORANGE GROVE, Texas — An accident between Highway 281 and 359 has taken the life of 40-year-old Ovidio Matias Mesa from Orange Grove, the Texas Department of Public Safety reports.
Mesa was driving a '98 Chevy pickup when it overturned on the highway.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
