CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) — Flour Bluff High School was briefly placed on lockdown Wednesday after reports of a suspicious person on Waldron Road with a weapon.
Corpus Christi police contacted and detained the individual. It turned out he was carrying an Airsoft rifle.
The Flour Bluff Independent School District posted on Facebook later that the lockdown was enacted as a safety precaution and was lifted as soon as police gave the all clear.
